    Hexagon PPM is looking for a Sales Representative to cover Italy & Greece and report directly to the Country Manager. The successful candidate will join a dynamic software company dedicated to the development, implementation, and support of EcoSys Enterprise Planning & Controls (EPC), a market-leading web-based system for portfolio and project management with a focus on cost controls. The primarily focus will be on Project Control Software Solutions.

    Responsibilities

    Your primary role will be to sell business applications software / solutions and related services to prospective customers. Opportunities will come from existing accounts and will require you to take the lead in working these to close in association with an account owner.

    • Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
    • Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.
    • Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition.
    • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close sales.
    • Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.
    • Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will possess software sales experience and will be able to demonstrate a proven track record selling enterprise software.

    • Ability to penetrate accounts and leverage relationships with account stakeholders.
    • Project Controls knowledge and/or strong knowledge of EcoSys and our competitors.
    • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal communication skills.
    • Excellent communication / negotiating / closing skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization, including C-level players.
    • Strong prospecting / hunting skills.  
    • Degree education or equivalent life experiences.
    • Fluent oral and written English language.

    There will be a requirement for regional and international travel which is estimated to be 50% for attendance at conferences; sales meetings and customer engagements.
