    The Executive Sales Consultant responsibilities will include driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration in enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate possess both a strong enterprise sales background that enables them to drive an engagement at the Director, VP and CXO level. He/she should also be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets.

    Responsibilities

    • Primary job duty is to sell business applications software / solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. 
    • Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
    • Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.
    • Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition.
    • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close sales.
    • Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.
    • Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.

    Qualifications

    • 7+ years of software sales experience and a proven sales track record selling enterprise software.
    • Ability to consistently gain access to executive decision makers and key influencers.
    • Ability to penetrate new accounts and leverage relationships with account stakeholders.
    • Track record demonstrating the ability to maximize sale transactions.
    • Project Controls knowledge and/or strong knowledge of EcoSys and our competitors.
    • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal communication skills.
    • Excellent communication / negotiating / closing skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization, including C-level players.
    • Strong prospecting / hunting skills.  
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent.
